At SAVVY Health we have designed a healthy ageing programme based on the evidence from science and research on ‘what works’ in delaying or preventing AVOIDABLE chronic health conditions AND improving quality of life.
SAVVY Health is a first, and healthy ageing is a new specialism. We are very different to health screening, health checks and reports. As specialists in healthy ageing, we provide a programme which is ongoing, a programme which is age specific, a programme based on the dynamics of interrelated health AND a leading multidisciplinary team that stay with you on your journey to a healthier, happier and longer life.


Our panel of international leading experts in the area of longevity have designed our Four Stage SAVVY Healthy Ageing Programme.
Step 1 – Profile: You complete our in-depth Profile Questionnaire which gives insights into your medical, lifestyle, mental & emotional health and your approach to healthy ageing.
Step 2 -Measure: We conduct a wide range of age-appropriate biometric tests and general checks – during a half day clinical assessment with our specialist multi-disciplinary team of nurses, physiotherapists, clinical dieticians and health coaches. Our team will have reviewed your profile and blood test results in advance.
Step 3 – Plan: We send you a detailed Client Assessment Report setting out the results of all your tests and the advice of our clinical team. You then meet with your designated health coach to create a personalised Healthy Ageing Plan.
Step 4 – Improve (Progress) You start your own healthy ageing journey, putting your planned targets into action, reviewing your progress and setting continuously improving new goals with the ongoing support of our team.

When you have completed your Healthy Ageing Assessment and designed your own programme in partnership with your health coach, SAVVY Health can offer you a wide range of ongoing supports and services as part of your healthy ageing programme.
During the session with your Health Coach you will have reviewed your goals, targets and planned actions, with some helpful ‘nudges’ to finalise your plan. As you take those important actions and start achieving goals, you can chart this progress on your plan. Our health coaches will conduct follow up sessions with you to help review your Personal Assessment Report and help you to fine-tune your Personal Action Plan. The frequency of the sessions is with you and your health coach to decide and can be done in person or on line.
Our Clinical Dieticians are here to help you develop a Nutritional plan tailored to your age, profile and lifestyle. As part of your half day assessment the Clinical Dietician will have reviewed your dietary habits and nutritional intake and help you set a nutritional plan. You may later wish to consult with our Dieticians to develop a Nutritional Plan along with Lifestyle Recommendations and Nutritional Bloods. The frequency with which you review your plan and targets is up to you as your report is in your own Digital Health Locker and a session with our dietician can be done on-line on in person, whichever you prefer.
Our Physiotherapists will have conducted a full Current Activity Fitness Review as part of your assessment. This will give you a full set of Fitness Goals. To focus on your fitness, you may wish to develop a Healthy Ageing Fitness Plan to include Cardiovascular Exercise, Strength Training, Flexibility and Balance along with Daily Activity. To monitor your progress, you can check in with your plan and our physiotherapist as frequently as you wish and either in person or on-line.
Our Personal Trainers will be happy to help you review progress from time to time and update your plans with new goals and targets. These plans can help you extend, not just maintain, your overall level of fitness.

As part of our programme, we provide you with ongoing information, help and advice on Healthy Ageing. We share our experts’ insights and tips as part of our Monthly ezine and welcome you to SAVVY events throughout the year. We also provide appropriate pathways and support services as and when required
