SAVVY Health have designed the healthy ageing programme that is both holistic and preventative.

• Holistic - focusing on the interrelated elements of strong health - physical, mental, emotional, social and lifestyle health.
• Preventative - aimed at preventing or reducing the likelihood of chronic diseases and optimising wellbeing in later years.

We look at every element of your health and wellbeing as illustrated below.

• PERSONAL PROFILE: Complete our in-depth Personal Profile Questionnaire which enables the clinical team tailor their assessments to your specific needs. You will receive access to this Questionnaire in your secure Digital Locker in advance of your assessment date
• BLOOD TESTS: Complete your Advance Blood Tests with our Randox partners two weeks before your Assessment appointment. These include a wide range of tests all highly relevant to healthy ageing. These tests are included in the cost of your Health Assessment.

• Comfortable clothing and footwear for fitness assessment with the physiotherapist and physical examination with the Doctor.
• A list of questions or concerns you would like to raise with any of the team.
• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
• Time for you: Try to relax and be open about your health and lifestyle.

You will have appointments with each of our specialist Clinical team:

• Our Nurse: To take your vital signs, conduct preliminary assessments, and provide guidance on managing your health.
• Our Physiotherapist: To evaluate your physical fitness, mobility, and provide exercises to improve your physical health.
• Our Clinical Dietician: To assess your nutritional status and provide dietary recommendations.
• Our Doctor: To review your medical history, conduct a physical examination, and review your blood test results.
• Our Health Coach to develop your healthy ageing programme and to discuss ongoing supports.

• You will be informed of each of the tests on the day.
• Within a week you will receive a link to your full assessment available in your personal health locker.
• This report will contain all the recommendations from the clinical team.
• With this information you can now begin develop your Personal Healthy Ageing Action Plan and meet with your Health Coach.

Once you have received your Assessment Report, you can start on your Healthy Ageing Action Plan. You will receive a link to the plan which will be pre-populated with your Assessment Results along with the recommendations of the clinical team. You have time now to sit back, take stock and decide for yourself, what initiatives or changes you want to prioritise. When you have done your ‘first draft’, you book an appointment with our health coach. During this session you review your goals, targets and planned actions and with some helpful ‘nudges’ to finalise your plan. As you take those important actions and start achieving goals, you can chart this progress on your plan.
